Private Label Rights- Importance and Implications

Basics of Private Label Rights: Its Importance and Its Implication in Internet Marketing

Since the advent of the Internet, business had been good, if not better than before. This is because the Internet provides more viable means of disseminating information about the products and the business all at the same time.

Hence, most businesses know that the proliferation of the online business will definitely boost the income-generating potential of the business.

However, most online entrepreneurs contend that for an online business to generate good income in the Internet, the business must have its own product. This is because everything is a sale, even the thoughts that you have in your mind could count as a product for sale when presented in the Internet for other people's use.

But contrary to most popular beliefs, having your own product does not limit you to the many possibilities of earning more by using a "license" that is attached with an "information product" that you may acquire online. These are known as private label rights.

Private label rights is just one of the three "basic rights" that are embodied in the concept of resale rights marketing. Among the three, private label rights are considered as the most moneymaking and rewarding.

Private label rights are represented in a certificate or authorization that is attached with an "information item." The basics of private label rights is to permit people to transform, reorganize, change, or improve the elements of the said merchandise to go well with the buyer's personal desires and yearnings.

For example, if you have a private label right, you can easily segregate the contents of an ebook, and persuade somebody to buy the contents as sequence of pieces of writing.

One of the best things about private label rights is that you can actually do the same thing inversely. For instance, if you were able to buy a set of information products like a collection of articles embodied with private label rights, you can easily bring them together without the risk of some law-related predicaments. Hence, you can collect different articles from different owners. With a common thought, you can come up with a creative masterpiece.

In addition, with private label rights, you can simply append some information on the said product to make it more meaningful and creative, thus, creating an impression of having a product of your own.

Best of all, you can even put your name as the author of the said work. This is the most gainful aspect of having private label rights. In this way, you do not have to acknowledge the primary author of the work.

So for those who are not yet aware of the rewards of using private label rights, here is a list of some of the advantages:

1. It is just the thing for marking your name and your business' name.

With private label rights, you can easily acquire informative products that you can use as your own. Hence, this creates an impression that you are making your own product and that you are a professional and a skilled person on the given field.

In turn, you get the trust that you need in order to compel them to buy your product.

2. It triggers creativity.

One of the best things about private label rights is that you can be creative in a thousand and one ways. This is because you can assemble the different elements and come up with a new and near-original work without having any difficulty of creating such product.

3. Develop a product!

With private label rights, you can simply modify or improve a product if ever it does not fit your taste or needs. In this way, you can both cut back wasteful time by looking for products that are totally worthless or save more money by avoiding to create a whole new product.

However, even if some people contend that it is totally unethical for a person to sell the private label rights for his creations, one cannot simply surmise the fact that engaging into this kind of activity is also beneficial to the seller especially if the product is already nearing the closing stages of its "market life."

This goes to show that people must learn how to give way to any possible changes to any product that might have already lost its income-generating potential. By allowing other people to modify or enhance the features of certain products, the advancement of such products will continue to take place. Hence, the cycle will go on.

Indeed, the basics of private label rights are not just necessary for most of the Internet marketers who wish to earn more income aside from their own products but also for the whole market as well. This is because the whole system of a give and take relationship dwells in the business and that is exactly where income generates its power.

Ebay Riches Report

EBay Income Possibilities.

If you've ever read an article about eBay, you will have seen the kinds of incomes people make - it isn't unusual to hear of people making thousands of dollars per month on eBay.

Next time you're on eBay, take a look at how many PowerSellers there are: you'll find quite a few. Now consider that every single one of one of them must be making at least $1,000 per month, as that's eBay's requirement for becoming a PowerSeller. Silver PowerSellers make at least $3,000 each month, while Gold PowerSellers make more than $10,000, and the Platinum level is $25,000. The top ranking is Titanium PowerSeller, and to qualify you must make at least $150,000 in sales every month!

The fact that these people exist gives you come idea of the income possibilities here. Most of them never set out to even set up a business on eBay - they simply started selling a few things, and then kept going. There are plenty of people whose full-time job is selling things on eBay, and some of them have been doing it for years now. Can you imagine that? Once they've bought the stock, everything else is pretty much pure profit for these people - they don't need to pay for any business premises, staff, or anything else. There are multi-million pound businesses making less in actual profit than eBay PowerSellers do.

Even if you don't want to quit your job and really go for it, you can still use eBay to make a significant second income. You can pack up orders during the week and take them down to the post office for delivery each Saturday. There are few other things you could be doing with your spare time that have anywhere near that kind of earning potential.

What's more, eBay doesn't care who you are, where you live, or what you look like: some PowerSellers are very old, or very young. Some live out in the middle of nowhere where selling on eBay is one of the few alternatives to farming or being very poor. eBay tears down the barriers to earning that the real world constantly puts up. There's no job interview and no commuting involved - if you can post things, you can do it.

Put it this way: if you know where to get something reasonably cheaply that you could sell, then you can sell it on eBay - and since you can always get discounts for bulk at wholesale, that's not exactly difficult. Buy a job lot of something in-demand cheaply, sell it on eBay, and you're making money already, with no set-up costs.

If you want to dip your toe in the water before you commit to actually buying anything, then you can just sell things that you've got lying around in the house. Search through that cupboard of stuff you never use, and you'll probably find you've got a few hundred dollars' worth of stuff lying around in there! This is the power of eBay: there is always someone who wants what you're selling, whatever it might be, and since they've come looking for you, you don't even need to do anything to get them to buy it.

So you want to get started on eBay? Well, that's great! There are only a few little things you need to learn to get started. Our next email will give you the lowdown.

Autoresponder magic

Are you using an autoresponder? If not, it is something I would strongly recommend. An email autoresponder sends out a sequence of automated messages (emails) to your contact list. Most common autoresponder's run of a server online. There are also autoresponder software programs that run directly from your computer and connection and sends out the messages the same way outlook works (usually pop3 or IMAP).

Autoresponders are the key to maximizing your profits from your mailing list. Autoresponder's are great for getting better results with less effort. You can simply set up your sequence of messages and forget about it. It is like having someone working for you around the clock without having to pay them. Many of the mailing list providers come with powerful autoresponders. With a good mailing list provider you can be sure to get your emails in the inbox instead of the junk box.
here are 12 useful ways that you can put autoresponder magic into practice. Enjoy!

1. Pick 4 or more articles you've written that have a common theme and put them in an autoresponder series. Announce it on your site as an e-mail course on the go.

2. If you have a page for related links, create a related links file and put it on autoresponder. This can be a one-page e-mail containing 15-50 links that are of interest to your visitors. Put your own promotional texts or blurbs at the top, middle and bottom of the e-mail.

3. Create a fun or trivia quiz, put it up on your site and put the answers in an autoresponder that your visitors can request. This way, you'll know the people who took your quiz.

4. Write reviews of books, music, e-books, sites, software or anything you can think of and put each review (or related reviews) in an autoresponder. If what you are reviewing have affiliate programs, use your affiliate links in the autoresponder.

5. Run a contest on your site or e-zine, then have your visitors or subscribers send their responses to your autoresponder. This way, you won't have to worry about manually sending them a confirmation receipt.

6. Create a frequently updated autoresponder and let your visitors and/or subscribers know about it. You can put in weekly tips or links to useful resources in the autoresponder and a reminder to the people who request it that you update it every week or on a regular basis (e.g. tell them to request for the same autoresponder again a week from now). You can use this method instead of using autoresponders with limited follow up messages.

7. If you've written 20 or more articles and you have them on separate autoresponder accounts, create a master list for your articles. In this master list, list the titles of your articles, their autoresponder addresses and their short descriptions. You can then just promote this master list.

8. Put excerpts or free chapters of your e-book, book or paid e-mail courses in an autoresponder series, then include your follow up sales letters at the end.

9. If you're selling your own products, put your testimonials on autoresponder, along with the description of your products, an excerpt or a free chapter. This will increase your credibility.

10. Keep track of people who download your free e-book, e-report, or free software by putting their download links in an autoresponder. When you promote your free product, you can just promote the autoresponder address.

11. Put links to your hidden pages on autoresponder. A hidden page could be the affiliate page where you have all the graphics, text links, promotional articles that interested affiliates can use.

12. Let people know they can have free access to your affiliate page by requesting the autoresponder. This way, you can have a list of people who are interested in becoming your affiliates.

SEO. Keywords. Metatags. Metadescriptions. Spiders. Robots.

Do you feel overwhelmed when you hear people talking about all these
things? Most people do. Here's a quick glossary, and then the reason you
don't have to worry about these words if you know a couple of web
secrets.

- Metatags – Words embedded in your web page that tell viewers and
search engine automatons about the content on your page.

- Metadescriptions – Same as metatags, but in sentence form, and with
the possibility of being used on search engines as your site
description.

- Keywords – The words you use in your metas and in the text on your
page to describe your product or service.

- Spiders or Robots – miniprograms or automations sent out to
automatically browse the Web by search engines, they catalog your site by
keywords.

- SEO – Search Engine Optimization, this means your site has the
appropriate keywords and structure to be properly cataloged by those spiders
and robots.

Here's why this information isn't that important: it's archaic. Metas
were devised in the early days of the search engines, when they weren't
terribly powerful, so that your good content could be properly
referenced by the engines.

What they found was that unscrupulous webmasters loaded up the metas
with keywords that were popular and would rank well, but that really had
nothing to do with the content on the page. This is called search
engine spam because it works the same way and is approximately as useful.

Spiders today don't pay much attention to the metas. They look for
keywords in your content, and the most cutting-edge ones look for
grammatical structure as well.

It won't be long before they can tell whether your site is actually
sensible. And they are looking for web pages that are frequently updated,
not just static sites that contain the same information year in and
year out.

Interestingly, your customers are looking for good content as well. One
simple little trick can satisfy both of them inexpensively.

Good articles containing information about your product or service,
rotated regularly.

Drive Traffic with Great Content

Not everyone can write well enough to fulfill this requirement. And not
everyone has the time to sit and write these articles. For those who
can't, there are several options.

You can hire a professional writer to ghostwrite these articles for
you. This is an expensive and time-consuming prospect. Most writers charge
a minimum of $35 per hour, and web writers often charge much more.

And you'll have to sit with that writer, educate him or her on your
product or service, and ensure they're ready to tackle writing about it
before they start.

You can copy someone else's content with permission. This is an
interesting idea. There are a number of online databases that provide
pre-written articles optimized for your keywords, for free.

The hitch: you must also display a resource box on your website
referencing the original author of the article and providing a link back to
his or her page. This makes them into the expert, not you.

You can purchase keyword-optimized articles from an article broker like
www.YourOwnArticles.com . This is the happy medium. You have good
optimized articles, created for you by professional writers, published on
your site with your name, and costing you minimal cash because they are
mass-produced.

Using Article Directories for Your Purposes

But wait, there's more!

After you purchase articles to publish on your website with your name,
you can also buy extras to publish to article directories. Not
everyone's going to be as smart as you about how they put content on their
site.

Many will instead take the easy way, and download those free articles
to publish, with resource boxes, to their own website.

If they download your articles, those resource boxes will point to your
website. In essence, you can direct traffic from your competitors and
from those who provide similar or complementary products and services to
you, straight to your own website. And you can do it for free, after
the cost of the article.
